Empowering Women for a Better Tomorrow
The
2018 IEEE WIE International Leadership Summit (ILS) aims to empower women to choose their own career path and facilitate the recruitment and retention of women in technical disciplines.
The three-day eventis dedicated to promoting women in Engineering, Science and Technology and inspiring girls around the world to achieve rewarding careers in engineering.
Building on previous themes, this year's Summit focuses on how to achieve inclusivity in diversity. It is designed in partnership with industry for those who are interested in the impact of lack of gender, ethnic and racial diversity on the profitability and success of organisations.
The programme begins on the 13th of August with a careers fair for women. This pre-summit event is designed to complement this year’s theme and allow participatns to meet recruiters in a dynamic setting.
